All you have to do is go outside and use your personal Goddess energy to draw down the Moon, transform the energy, and then safely ground it.
This is a time when love and healing energy must be sent out to the Earth and Her Beautiful Creatures. If you consider yourself to be spiritually enlightened and have the ability to meditate, or enter a light trance, you should be able to do this one safely.
In perfect love and with perfect trust, so it must be!
